Well, I officially became a professional speaker as of Saturday evening at around 4pm. I presented a lecture to the Florida Optometric Association in Ft. Lauderdale to approximately 100 local doctors....and I got paid! Jessica and I celebrated at Shorty's BBQ in West Miami with some barbeque and sweet tea with some tourists from North Carolina and Georgia who were down for the Ford 400 Nascar year end race where the season winner, Tony Stewart of Home Depot, was announced.
Sunday, we ventured up north to Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall to purchase Christmas gifts.
