Where will I be.......

Just got home from work and I feel like typing.......Current opportunity exists in the following cities.... Louisville, Ky (maybe)......Cincinnati, OH (Cincinnati Eye Institute)....Sebring, FL (not likely)....Naples, FL......Chattahoochie, FL......Charleston, SC...... more to follow. Who knows where I'll be in 7 months time.... My heart is in Kentucky, but I'm not sure that what I want for my career can be possible there. There are limited opportunities because the market has been won in these areas and it would take an investment of gargantuan proportions to be "different" than other practices in Central Kentucky. I believe greater opportunity exists in the southern states such as Florida and/or Georgia, even though it may be more of a seasonal (ie. sinusoidal) type business model. A business partner/surgeon is being investigated as a viable option for practice modalities as well as investors willing to be "silent" with an incremental buyback plan over approximately 10 years....this will give me buying power and will assist in entering the competitive and super expensive real estate market here along the Florida coast. more later as it is known.....for now, I have to create a Ocular Disease Slide Presentation for our students Thursday morning meeting.....whew!
