Job Updates..

Well, just got off the phone with my "Agent/Headhunter"..... The practice in Naples has come back to play after some discussion and is now within the salary range that I desire.....now we have to work on their bonus/productivity pay grades and vacation allowance as well as including full moving expenses from Miami to Naples.... then we'll be ready to write a contract. A recent development has come to my attention near Ocala, Florida where a HUGE surgery center is going in at town called "The Villages, FL" and they apparently want an Optometrist trained in the way I have been. I spoke with the Owner last week and he is having me up for the weekend to tour the practices and show me around and he says that he will be prepared to "talk business" near the end of our visit.....sounds like the best opportunity thus far. I'll find out more about this when I'm home in March for a much deserved vacation.
