Braydon will now have a beach to play on, Kylee will have a larger play area, and Jessica and I will have a boat slip with which to park our SeaRay and acreage to possibly build on in a few years when the real estate market returns and we can offload our current home.
This has been a relatively long time in the making, and most recently, the price lowered into the range that made it affordable for us. As you can see, orange groves surround the property so we'll always have fresh orange juice for those who wish to visit!!!! This is pretty big news for us and way way "outside the box" for me..... as I am truly thrifty having grown up around THE BEST of examples. That being said, seeing little Braydon, little Abigail, or little Benjamin, et al play on our white sandy beach someday will make it all worthwhile! Even with the pesky Mosquitoes!! :)
Thanks go out to my beautiful wife Jessica for nudging me outside my comfort zone and making me aware of quality of life for the future purchased at today's depressed prices!
